Landscape & Skilled Carpenter
$23 - $38 / hourBuild decks, fences, pergolas, retaining structures and custom features as part of our residential and commercial construction crews.
- Frame and finish decks, fences, pergolas and privacy structures
- Read plans and set layout, elevations and grades
- Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Carpentry or landscape construction experience an asset
Landscape Technician / Crew Lead
$16 - $30 / hourInstall softscape and hardscape on residential and commercial projects, with crew lead opportunities for experienced applicants.
- Install sod, soil, plants, mulch, paving stone and rock
- Run compactors, skid steers and small equipment
- Crew leads schedule daily tasks and mentor technicians
- Valid driver's licence preferred
Field Manager
Oversee multiple crews and projects across Calgary, keeping schedules, quality and client communication on track.
- Coordinate crews, materials and subtrades across active sites
- Own quality control, site safety and daily reporting
- Be the on-site point of contact for clients
- Landscape construction management experience required
Edmonton
Landscape & Skilled Carpenter
$23 - $38 / hourJoin our Edmonton construction crews building decks, fences, pergolas and custom outdoor structures.
- Frame and finish decks, fences and pergolas
- Work from drawings and set accurate layout
- Maintain a safe, organized job site
- Carpentry or landscape construction experience an asset
Landscape Technician / Crew Lead
$16 - $30 / hourInstall landscapes across Edmonton and surrounding communities, with a path to crew lead for strong performers.
- Install sod, soil, plants, mulch, paving stone and rock
- Assist with grading, drainage and site prep
- Crew leads direct the crew and manage daily quality
- Valid driver's licence preferred
